WILL COLE
LEAD PASTOR
Will Cole is a native South Carolinian and has been married to his lovely wife Eryn for 12 years now. They have the honor and privilege of raising Samuel, Katheryn, and Oliver up in the knowledge of God. They’ve lived in Pittsburgh since 2019 and love doing life here. Will received a BS in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute and a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. When he isn’t preaching, teaching, or leading the church you can find him on a disc golf course or in his kayak fishing.
COLE GUIDROZ
DIRECTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP
Cole Guidroz is the Director of Discipleship at New Horizon Church. In this role he oversees the discipleship process of the church through healthy implementation of groups, huddles, and coaching. Prior to this position, Cole worked as the Pastor for collegiate ministry at Rush Creek Church while earning a M.Div from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. He has been married to his wife, Erica Guidroz, for 7 years and is father to Benjamin & Reed.
HANNAH FAZIO
DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION
Hannah joined the New Horizon staff team in January of 2021. After living in SC for 15 years, Hannah loves being back in PA—her home state—and serving with New Horizon. She has worked in various full-time ministry positions since 2015 and enjoys using her administrative gifts to make disciples and build the Kingdom through God’s church.
